Thank you for visiting the Blue Ruby online store. If you have found your way to our Shipping & Returns page, we hope this means you have found something that you love.

If you have placed an online order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 48 hours and refunded for the item. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday; we do not ship out orders Saturday to Sunday or on Holidays. If an order is placed after 5pm on Friday it will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that the stated timelines for processing and shipping are estimates only and there may be delays during sale periods and/or Canadian holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, please make sure that your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

Please be sure to select the correct currency by checking the bottom left corner of our website.

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada to Canada and the USA. If you live outside of Canada or the USA, please email customercare@blueruby.com and we will do our best to accommodate for international shipping.

Delivery

We do not require signatures upon receipt (unless requested) and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact Canada Post with the tracking number provided in your email confirmation.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition! Our team goes over each and every piece before packing it to ensure you are getting what you were promised. Blue Ruby is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through our repair form and please note that your item was damaged when you received your order.

Canadian Payment, Taxes & Duties

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card will be charged in Canadian dollars.

All shipments within Canada will be charged the provincial tax rate based on the destination of the package.

USA Payment, Taxes & Duties

The prices on our US site reflect the current daily US exchange rate so these prices may fluctuate.

For US orders, you may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Blue Ruby does not have any control over these fees and are not able to waive or refund these fees, please inquire with your local customs office to find out more information.


Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

1. We will gladly refund regular-priced merchandise within 28 days of purchase date. A receipt must be provided and merchandise must not be worn or damaged, with all packaging intact.

2. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original method of payment.

  • For in store purchases/returns – If the original method of payment is not available, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
  • For online purchases/returns - if the original method of payment is not available, an e-gift card will be issued.

3. Sale items discounted 50% or greater are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise (in-store only) or credit within 14 days of purchase date.

4. Blue Ruby is unable to offer price adjustments during promotional sale events. Discounts only apply to purchases placed during the event and not before or after.

5. Blue Ruby gift cards issued in store may be redeemed for merchandise purchases in store only. E-gift cards can be used online only. Gift cards cannot be refunded

6. For online returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

7. Sorry, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes paid.

8. Returns shipped without authorization or that do not comply with our return instructions may be refused by Blue Ruby.

 

Mail-In Return – Canada

Return Rates for Canada: $8.00

  1. Email customercare@blueruby.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been processed you will be sent a return authorization code.
  2. A pre-paid return label has been provided with your original order. Pack and ship your return. Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 28 days of delivery. A return postage fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  4. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Mail-In Return – USA

  1. Email customercare@blueruby.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been processed you will be sent a return authorization code.
  2. Further return instructions will be sent at time of authorization via email, we currently do not currently include pre-paid return labels for USA orders.
  3. Blue Ruby is not responsible for shipping costs associated with USA returns. The shipping cost is to be covered by the party requesting a return.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  5. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

In-Store Returns - available in Vancouver, BC
