Please Note: Due to the ongoing Canada Post service disruption, we are unable to to ship to PO boxes and delivery times may be delayed. We are currently working with alternate carriers to ensure your order is delivered as smoothly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have placed an online order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 48 hours and refunded for the item. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday; we do not ship out orders Saturday to Sunday or on Holidays. If an order is placed after 5pm on Friday it will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that the stated timelines for processing and shipping are estimates only and there may be delays during sale periods and/or Canadian holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, please make sure that your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada to Canada and the USA. If you live outside of Canada or the USA, please email customercare@blueruby.com and we will do our best to accommodate for international shipping.

For orders over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery. To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available at your shipping address to receive and sign for your parcel. If your package hasn’t arrived, you can check its status or contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, we’ll open a claim with the carrier. Please note that this process can take a few weeks to complete, and Blue Ruby cannot be held responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition! Our team goes over each and every piece before packing it to ensure you are getting what you were promised. Blue Ruby is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through our repair form and please note that your item was damaged when you received your order.

Canadian Payment, Taxes & Duties

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card will be charged in Canadian dollars.

All shipments within Canada will be charged the provincial tax rate based on the destination of the package.

USA Payment, Taxes & Duties

For US orders, you will be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Blue Ruby does not have any control over these fees and are not able to waive or refund these fees. The total billed at checkout is guaranteed, Blue Ruby will charge a fee equivalent to the duties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. You will not have to pay anything additional at the time of delivery. 


Returns & Refunds



As of November 1st , our holiday policy is as follows

 

Holiday Return Policy

  1. We will gladly return items for an exchange or store credit until December 31st, 2025 and offer return for refund on regular priced merchandise within 28 days of the purchase date. A receipt must be provided and merchandise must not be worn or damaged with all packaging intact.
  2. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original method of payment.

·      For in store purchases/returns – If the original method of payment is not available, an exchange or store credit will be issued.

·       For online purchases/returns - if the original method of payment is not available, an e-gift card will be issued.

Sale items discounted 50% or greater are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise (in-store only) or credit within 14 days of purchase date.

Blue Ruby is unable to offer price adjustments during promotional sale events. Discounts only apply to purchases placed during the event and not before or after.

Blue Ruby gift cards issued in store may be redeemed for merchandise purchases in store only. E-gift cards can be used online only. Gift cards cannot be refunded

For online returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sorry, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes paid.

Returns shipped without authorization or that do not comply with our return instructions may be refused by Blue Ruby.

We are unable to accept returns on December 24th and Boxing Day December 26th.


Mail-In Return – Canada

Return Rates for Canada: $8.00

  1. Please log in to your Blue Ruby account.
  2. Find your order and select which items you would like to return.
  3. Our team will review your return request. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be provided. 
  4. Print your label, pack your items then drop off the package at your nearest post office. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 28 days of delivery. 
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statements.


Mail-In Return – 
USA

  1. Please log in to your Blue Ruby account.
  2. Find your order and select which items you would like to return.
  3. Our team will review your return request. Upon approval, we will provide further shipping instructions. We currently are unable to provide a return shipping label for international shipping.
  4. Blue Ruby is not responsible for shipping costs associated with USA returns. The shipping cost is to be covered by the party requesting the return.
