Order & Shipping Information

Order Processing Times

• If you have placed an online order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email and refunded for the item. 

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday; we do not ship out orders on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed after 5pm on Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday.

• Please note that the stated timelines for processing and shipping are estimates only and there may be delays during promotional sale periods and/or Canadian holidays. 

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, please make sure that your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

• All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Canadian Payment, Taxes & Duties

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card will be charged in Canadian dollars.

• Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

• No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within Canada. All shipments within Canada will be charged the provincial tax rate based on the destination of the package.

USA

USA Shipping Update

Due to recent regulatory changes affecting the de minimis threshold for goods entering the United States, we have temporarily paused all U.S. shipping. These changes require new import processes that we are currently working to implement. We’re actively seeking a compliant solution and will resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible. • For USA orders, you will be subject to additional custom duties and service fees at checkout. Blue Ruby does not have any control over these fees and are not able to waive or refund these fees. 

• The total billed at checkout is guaranteed, Blue Ruby will charge a fee equivalent to the duties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. You will not have to pay anything additional at the time of delivery. 

Delivery Information

• For orders over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery. To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available at your shipping address to receive and sign for your parcel. 

• You can check the status of your package or contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

• In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, we’ll open a claim with the carrier. Please note that this process can take a few weeks to complete, and Blue Ruby cannot be held responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

• We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition! Our team goes over each and every piece before packing it to ensure you are getting what you were promised. Blue Ruby is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through customercare@blueruby.com and note that your item was damaged when you received your order.
