General Return Policy

• We will gladly refund regular-priced merchandise within 28 days of purchase date. A receipt must be provided, and merchandise must not be worn or damaged with all packaging intact.

• Refunds will be made in the same form as the original method of payment.

  • • For in-store purchases/returns – If the original method of payment is not available, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
  • • For online purchases/returns - if the original method of payment is not available, an e-gift card will be issued.

• Sale items discounted 50% or greater are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise (in-store only) or store credit within 28 days.

• Sale items cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

• Blue Ruby is unable to offer price adjustments during promotional sale events. Discounts only apply to purchases placed during the event and not before or after.

• Blue Ruby gift cards issued in-store may be redeemed for merchandise purchases in-store only. E-gift cards can be used online only. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

• For online returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Sorry, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes paid.

• Returns shipped without authorization or that do not comply with our return instructions may be refused by Blue Ruby.

Online Return - Canada

To start an online return or exchange, log into your account here to request a return. Please note that there is an $8 fee for a return shipping label, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

1. Please log in to your Blue Ruby account.


2. Find your order and select which items you would like to return.


3. Our team will review your return request. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be provided. 


4. Print your label, pack your items then drop off the package at your nearest staffed Canada Post location. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 28 days of purchase.


5. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 2 – 3 business days. As soon as your return is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.


6. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statements.

Online Return - USA

To start an online return or exchange, log into your account here to request a return.

1. Please log in to your Blue Ruby account.


2. Find your order and select which items you would like to return.


3. Our team will review your return request. Upon approval, we will provide further shipping instructions. We currently are unable to provide a return shipping label for international shipping.


4. Blue Ruby is not responsible for shipping costs associated with USA returns. The shipping cost is to be covered by the party requesting the return.


5. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 2 – 3 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll email you and let you know.


6. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statements.

In Store Returns - Available in Vancouver, BC

To request an exchange for a different size, length, or style, please email customercare@blueruby.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Special Orders

• If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification on the product page for when it becomes available again.

• To inquire about placing a special order, please contact us at customercare@blueruby.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

• Please note that all special orders are final sale and require full pre-payment at the time the order is placed. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the vendor and item availability.

• For international special orders, additional shipping fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Repairs

• Blue Ruby stands behind all the merchandise from the many artists that we partner with. If a problem arises, we will always try our best to find a solution for you.

• For all repair inquiries please fill out our Repair Form here. Our quality assurance team will review your inquiry and get back to you within 2 business days.

• If the damage is due to wear, accident, or customer handling, a repair fee will apply. All repairs are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any additional charges will be communicated prior to proceeding. Please allow 4–6 weeks for repairs within Canada and 10-12 weeks for international repairs to be completed. Please note we may not be able to offer a repair on sale items.
