Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting the Blue Ruby online store. If you have found your way to our Shipping & Returns page, we hope this means you have found something that you love.
If you have placed an online order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 48 hours and refunded for the item.
Please note that the stated timelines for processing and shipping are estimates only and there may be delays during sale periods and/or holidays.
We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, please make sure that your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
Currently, we only ship within Canada, but we have plans to ship internationally in the near future. If you live in the United States or elsewhere, please email customercare@blueruby.com and we'll do our best to make arrangements for international shipping.

Payment, Taxes & Duties
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card will be charged in Canadian dollars.
All shipments within Canada will be charged the provincial tax rate based on the destination of the package.
Delivery
Delivery dates are an estimate only. The timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays.
We do not require signatures upon receipt (unless requested) and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact Canada Post with the tracking number provided in your email confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Blue Ruby will gladly accept the return for all regular priced merchandise that is unworn in its original packaging. Please note shipping charges are not reimbursed for returns. We do not offer price adjustments. Sale merchandise is considered a final sale.
Mail In Returns
- Returns through mail must be initiated and posted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- After that time, store credit will be issued to an e-gift card for a period of up to 28 days from the delivery date. This e-gift card is for use online only, and cannot be redeemed in-store.
- Sale merchandise is considered a final sale.
- We are unable to offer exchanges through mail, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online, or visiting a Blue Ruby location.
- Email customercare@blueruby.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been processed you will be sent a return authorization code.
- A pre-paid return label has been provided with your original order. Pack and ship your return. Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 28 days of delivery. A return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Once your return has been received and processed you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Returns shipped to us without authorization or do not comply with our return instructions may be refused by Blue Ruby.
In-Store Returns
- Regular priced merchandise may be returned in-store for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
- After that time an exchange or store credit will be issued for a period of up to 28 days from the delivery date.
- Sale merchandise is considered a final sale.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Customers must bring their Invoice or Order Confirmation email, along with their items for return to one of our Blue Ruby locations.
